What I am reading now I am still reading my slow burn book on page 100. Good story and I am enjoying, but I know it is going to take me longer to finish and that is ok Starting This will be the third book by Riley Sager I am reading. I have genuinely enjoyed his stories and writing style, and I look forward to reading this.

Bird Box by Josh Malerman Something is out there, something terrifying that must not be seen. One glimpse of it, and a person is driven to deadly violence. No one knows what it is or where it came from. Five years after it began, a handful of scattered survivors remains, including Malorie and her two young children. Living in an abandoned house near the river, she has dreamed of fleeing to a place where they might be safe. Now that the boy and girl are four, it's time to go, but the journey ahead will be terrifying: twenty miles downriver in a rowboat—blindfolded—with nothing to rely on but her wits and the children's trained ears. One wrong choice and they will die. Something is following them all the while, but is it man, animal, or monster? My Thoughts: This book was a fast and enthralling read. I was pulled in from the first chapter. I enjoyed the way it switched from past to present, building the story...

I work over 50 hours a week, take care of my family, and I love to read, but I am not reading as much as I should. I do have books stacked in every corner of my home. With this blog I am attempting to achieve 3 major changes. (history lesson coming up, sorry.) 1. My family are all reader. That is how my love for reading started, as I got older (in my late teens to early 20) my love became unconcerned, but my finding new books and purchasing them. That picked up. I worked at a bookstore. I had no real bills, I lived with my parents. I became a collector. Buying 30 to 40 books a month and reading 1or 2. I guess a hoarder more than a collector. Then life changed again, I was out on my own, I had a bed, kitchen table and 2 bookcases full of books. My love came back to ...
